This is like a Rubik's Cube, but in 2d. Simple.

Control system:

Hover over the column you need, hold down the left mouse button and swipe up or down depending on the side you want to shift the row to. It also works with strings

In phone:

Just like on a computer, you just need to touch the screen in the place where you want to shift the row and swipe in the right direction, top down, left and right
